Terms of Service and Policy Agreement

Turnaround Time Procedure

Our standard turnaround time is approx. 7-10 days from the date of final design approval.

• Rush orders may incur an additional fee.

• Delays in approvals or payments will extend production time.

Approval Policy

• All designs will be sent for approval via email/text before production.

• It is the customer's responsibility to review and approve the design proof.

• Changes after approval may result in additional charges and production delays.

Shipping Policy and Disclaimer

• Order must be paid in full before order is fulfilled.

• Once order is fulfilled, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

• We ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Please note that shipping dates and delivery times may vary due to worldwide shipping delays with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. RAZE Family Mansion is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

Agreement Clause

By signing this form, you acknowledge the following:

1. You have provided accurate details for your custom t-shirt order.

2. You understand that custom orders are non-refundable.

3. RAZE Family Mansion is not liable for errors after final design approval.

4. After final draft approval, an invoice will be sent via email.

5. 50% deposit is required before production begins.

6. Full amount must be paid prior to shipping.
