Our standard processing time is 7–10 business days, with an additional 2–3 business days for shipping. Custom and bulk orders may require additional time depending on volume and complexity.

4. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unworn and unused. Customers can request an exchange or refund. Please note:

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

5. Are your candles safe to burn right away?

For best results, we recommend allowing your candle to cure for 2 weeks after receiving it before burning. This helps maximize fragrance throw and burn quality.

Yes, most of our items are made-to-order to ensure each product meets our standards. Clearance and sale items are sold "as is" and ready to ship while supplies last.
