Welcome to RAZE Family Mansion, where your custom designs come to life! To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please review the following guidelines and policies regarding our consultations and custom orders.

  1. Consultation Forms
    Before we can begin your consultation, please fill out the appropriate form for your custom project:

  2. Consultation Policy

    • All consultations are free of charge. However, your consultation submission does not guarantee an order unless the design and payment have been finalized.

    • Consultations are available via email only. All drafts, design proofs, and communications will be sent directly to your inbox for review.

    • Revisions: You are allowed up to 3 revisions to the design. Additional revisions may incur a fee.

  3. Custom Order Processing Time

    • Custom orders take approximately 7-10 business days to process, starting from the time your design is finalized and payment is received.

    • Extended sizes for t-shirts are available, but they do come at an additional cost. Please inquire about pricing for sizes beyond our standard range.

  4. Payment & Nonrefundable Policy

    • A 50% deposit is required upfront to proceed with the design process.

    • Full payment is required before shipping any completed items.

    • Nonrefundable Clause: Once all proofs have been finalized, approved, and production begins, all payments made are nonrefundable. Please ensure that you carefully review and approve your proofs before giving the final confirmation.

    • We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for secure payments.

  5. Bulk Orders & Discounts

    • Ordering in bulk? We offer discounts for orders over 10 items! Contact us for a personalized quote.

  6. Shipping Policy & Disclaimer

    • Order must be paid in full before order is fulfilled.

    • Once order is fulfilled, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

    • We ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

    • Please note that shipping dates and delivery times may vary due to worldwide shipping delays with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. RAZE Family Mansion is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.
